The FBI is researching the late shooting of a Philadelphia cop as a terrorist assault, FBI Director James Comey said on Wednesday, a Pennsylvania daily paper reported.

FBI examiners were looking to see whether suspected shooter Edward Archer, 30, was in contact with or enlivened by anybody connected to Islamic State, the report said.
